You can use the race split calculator to calculate your pace and your target split times when running or cycling

For example you might decide that you would like to try and cycle 30km in 1 hour. In this case you need to cycle at a pace of 2 minutes per kilometer or 30 Km per hour with splits for each kilometre as follows:

  • At 1km - bike time should be 2:00
  • At 2km - bike time should be 4:00
  • At 3km - bike time should be 6:00
  • .....
  • At 10km - bike time should be 20:00
  • ....
  • At 20km - bike time should be 40:00
  • At 25km - bike time should be 50:00
  • At 30km - bike time should be 60:00
