Run Split Calculator
You can use the race split calculator to calculate your pace and your target split times when running or cycling

For example you might decide that you would like to try and run 5Km in 25 minutes. In this case you need to run at a pace of 5 minutes per kilometer with splits for each kilometre as follows:

  • At 1km - running time should be 5:00
  • At 2km - running time should be 10:00
  • At 3km - running time should be 15:00
  • At 4km - running time should be 20:00
  • At 5km - you achieve your target time of 25:00
  • Running Expectations Calculator
You can use the running expectations calculator to calculate race expectation times on other distances based on given time over a given distance. These calcs are done based on work by Frank Horwill and Peter Riegel
  • Running Split Calculator
